Mike Burnard · AI Executive Intensive

Your organization is already using AI. Are you leading it?

A six-week, one-on-one engagement for senior leaders who are responsible for AI decisions but aren’t yet personally working with the tools. You leave with a working system, real fluency, and a clear organizational posture.

The problem

Most leaders are governing AI through intermediaries.

Staff bring recommendations. Vendors pitch solutions. Consultants write reports. You approve or decline based on someone else’s fluency. That is a governance problem, not a knowledge gap, and most AI training doesn’t address it at this level.

Most AI training is designed for practitioners. This is designed for the person responsible for the organization.
What you leave with

Three outcomes. Six weeks. No fluff.

01

A personal AI stack you actually use, built for your role.

02

Enough fluency to evaluate what your team and vendors tell you.

03

A clear organizational posture grounded in your values.

Who this is for

Senior leaders with real authority and real accountability.

Executives and C-Suite leaders

CEOs, COOs, and Executive Directors navigating organization-wide AI decisions without personal tool fluency.

Nonprofit and mission-driven leaders

Leaders of mission-driven organizations who need to govern AI through the lens of their values, not just policy templates.

Institutional and educational leaders

Superintendents, principals, and administrators responsible for AI policy in schools and educational systems.

Private company owners and senior executives

Business leaders in companies of 10–200 people where AI is entering faster than the internal capacity to govern it.

How it works

Six sessions. One coherent arc.

01 90 min

Leadership context and AI exposure audit

No tools yet. We map how you make decisions, what information you consume daily, and where AI has already entered your orbit. You need to know the terrain before building on it.

02 90 min

Stack design

Based on session one, we build your personal AI stack live, together. Not a list of tools to explore later. Two or three tools that will compound for you, configured for your specific role.

03–04 60 min each

Skill-building and workflow integration

Prompting for your actual work. Using AI to prepare for the conversations you have every week. We build toward consistent, daily use, not occasional experimentation.

05 60 min

Organizational read

Now that you have personal fluency, we zoom out. What should your organization’s posture be? What policies make sense for your context? Where are the risks your team isn’t naming?

06 60 min

Consolidation and 90-day roadmap

We review what’s working, address what hasn’t landed, and you leave with a self-directed plan for the next quarter. This is the handoff, not a dependency.

Between sessions, you have access to async check-ins via voice or text. Not unlimited access, but enough to handle friction before it kills momentum.
Why this is different

Most AI coaches are strong on tools and weak on leadership.

The gap in this market runs in both directions. Tech-forward coaches can configure a stack but don’t understand how organizational decisions actually get made. Leadership coaches are credible in the room but vague when implementation starts. This engagement closes both sides.

You’re not paying for a course. You’re paying for a working system and a clear position. The difference matters when your board asks what your AI strategy is.
Get started

The first step is a conversation, not a form.

Reach out directly. We’ll talk through where you are, what you’re responsible for, and whether this engagement is the right fit. If it’s not, I’ll tell you that too.

This engagement is not right for everyone. It requires your direct participation, not an executive assistant sitting in. If you’re not ready to personally engage with the tools, this isn’t the right fit yet.
